Legal Associate (Intermediate and Junior Levels)

Job Summary
- This role requires significant experience and breadth of knowledge in litigation practices.
- The successful candidate will provide sound legal advice, diligently manage cases through the litigation process, and represent clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Responsibilities also include advising on technical, strategic, and procedural aspects across a broad spectrum of legal and commercial matters, drafting agreements, and engaging in negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Strong litigation experience.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Legal research & advisory.
- Business development exposure.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
