Legal Associate/Associate Counsel at Resource Intermediaries Limited

• Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings
• Draw up legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal transactions
• Drafting of court processes i. E. Magistrate court, high court, court of appeal and supreme court
• Advising, drafting and negotiating major commercial agreements, including
• Regulated procurement activities, either alone or as part of a team
• Advising clients of the legal and business implications of proposed transactions,
• Anticipating legal and contractual concerns and devising strategies to resolve

Them

• Drafting tenancy agreements, debenture trust deed
• Defending our clients in the court
• Facilitating dispute resolution

Note: only candidates that reside close to or within lagos island will be considered for this role.
