A Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline with at least three (3) years teaching/research or industrial work experience or A Master's Degree with at least six (6) years teaching / research or industrial work experience with at least three (3) published journal articles as well as three(3) conference/seminar papers.
A Lecturer II with a M.Sc, and at least three (3) years satisfactory service on that grade, plus:
Three (3) conference/seminar papers.
Three (3) journal articles
At least one chapter contribution in a standard textbook comprising not less than ten (10) chapters, published within the last four (4) years from the time of assessment
Membership of relevant professional body/bodies is mandatory.

Relevant academic and professional certificates
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies
Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age
National Identification Number (NIN) and NIN slip
