Job Summary

• The Learning Programmes Manager is a senior revenue-generating role responsible for driving business growth through the design, commercialization, and delivery of innovative learning solutions.
• The role leads client engagement, product development, programme management, and strategic account growth while ensuring world-class learning experiences that address evolving industry, regulatory, and organizational capability needs

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute product, market, and client growth strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Lead proposal development, client pitches, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Drive revenue achievement, collections, and account profitability.

Strategic Client & Account Management:

• Build and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership, capability development, and workforce transformation.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion.

Learning Solution & Curriculum Development:

• Lead training needs assessments and learning diagnostics.
• Design innovative learning solutions, curricula, and capability development programmes.
• Develop market-relevant programmes aligned with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Programme Delivery & Learning Experience Management

• Oversee end-to-end programme delivery and quality assurance.
• Drive learning effectiveness, impact measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data, insights, and learner feedback to enhance programme outcomes.

Market Intelligence & Team Leadership

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging capability needs.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen delivery excellence and commercial performance.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across learning offerings.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Social  Sciences, or related discipline. MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage
• CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CIMA, ACIB, Governance or related professional certification
• 8–10 years' experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Corporate Training, Knowledge Management, or Professional Services, with demonstrated business development experience
• Learning Strategy, Curriculum Design, Training Needs Analysis, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Project Delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, learning technologies, CRM platforms, and business analytics tools.

Salary
N16,800,000 - N18,200,000 (Gross Annual Salary).
