    Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

    Job Role/ Objectives

    • A reputable construction company is seeking a highly driven and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage the organization’s learning strategy.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the organization’s learning and development strategy in line with business goals
    • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and learning priorities across departments.
    • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
    • Collaborate with department heads to create competency frameworks and career development paths.
    • Manage the company’s learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate training records.
    • Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
    • Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and certification bodies.
    • Prepare and manage the annual L&D budget and report on ROI of learning initiatives
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or LDNI is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a structured organization.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
    • Proficient in developing and evaluating training programs and competency frameworks
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
