Learning & Development Associate
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
The Ideal candidate should possess ;

Requirements;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development
- Coaching experience is an added advantage
- Project Management skills required
Key Responsibilities;
- Building training capacity
- creating training courses
- Design training curriculum and programs
- Strategy Development
Qualifications;
- A minimum of bachelors in humanities or other related field
