Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Performance Specialist to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, a deep understanding of performance improvement strategies, and the ability to drive a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with department managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Implement performance management systems and tools to monitor and enhance employee performance.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their performance goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5 -7 years experience as a Learning and Performance Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly
