Learning and Development Executive at Medplus Ltd

About the Role

• Identify training and development needs across retail stores and corporate teams
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance training is completed in line with healthcare and retail regulations
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
• Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports
• Collaborate with department managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives
• Manage e-learning platforms and training schedules where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles
• Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG environments is an advantage
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred
