To lead and coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of Fabric Maintenance projects, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery in alignment with company standards and business objectives.
The incumbent will work closely with contractors, front-end team, planning/scheduling engineers, coordinators and HSE teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of fabric maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
Champion adherence to set HSE targets for own coverage area on AAI Fabric Programs.
Oversee the development of front-end activities, planning, detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
Lead end-to-end execution of AAI Fabric Maintenance Projects (corrosion control intervention, insulation system rejuvenation, in-house assurance and materials availability).
Support the planning of SIMOPS to ensure minimal disruptions in execution via effective interfacing with multi-discipline teams (Instrumentation, Mechanical, etc.).
Ensure alignment with maintenance windows (integrated shutdown plan - ISDP and plant operational windows) for detailed planning activities and resources mobilization.
Oversee the review of maintenance execution documentation and deliverables in line with AMS guidelines to ensure compliance with Company specifications, OEM requirements and international standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, NACE/FROSIO) whilst managing interfaces that provide technical support.
Ensure adherence to approved appropriation and annual budget provision whilst driving feasible initiatives within projects that enhance cost leadership.
Ensure project health status by maintaining desired targets on HSE, Schedule, Quality, and Cost management.
Lead progress review meetings and report performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in oil & gas operations.
