    Lead Project Engineer

    Job Summary 

    • To lead and coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of Fabric Maintenance  projects, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery in alignment with company standards and business objectives.
    • The incumbent will work closely with contractors, front-end team,  planning/scheduling engineers, coordinators and HSE teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of fabric maintenance works.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Champion adherence to set HSE targets for own coverage area on AAI Fabric Programs. 
    • Oversee the development of front-end activities, planning, detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.  
    • Lead end-to-end execution of AAI Fabric Maintenance Projects (corrosion control intervention,  insulation system rejuvenation, in-house assurance and materials availability). 
    • Support the planning of SIMOPS to ensure minimal disruptions in execution via effective interfacing with multi-discipline teams (Instrumentation, Mechanical, etc.).  
    • Ensure alignment with maintenance windows (integrated shutdown plan - ISDP and plant  operational windows) for detailed planning activities and resources mobilization.  
    • Oversee the review of maintenance execution documentation and deliverables in line with AMS  guidelines to ensure compliance with Company specifications, OEM requirements and  international standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, NACE/FROSIO) whilst managing interfaces that  provide technical support. 
    • Ensure adherence to approved appropriation and annual budget provision whilst driving feasible  initiatives within projects that enhance cost leadership.  
    • Ensure project health status by maintaining desired targets on HSE, Schedule, Quality, and Cost  management. 
    • Lead progress review meetings and report performance metrics.

    Qualifications & Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline. 
    • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in oil & gas operations. 
    • At least 5 years in project management role. 
    • Proficiency in project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), cost estimation & budget control. 
    • Strong knowledge in the use of computerized maintenance management system - SAP 
    • Strong leadership & decision-making skills. 
    • Stakeholder engagement skills, high accountability & ownership.

    HSE Coordinator

    Job Summary 

    • To coordinate and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities for the Accelerated Assets Intervention (AAI) Fabric Maintenance Revamp programs, ensuring safe  execution of fabric maintenance and asset integrity works in compliance with company HSE  standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement specific HSE execution plans and ensure all contractors submit and  comply with approved HSE plans. 
    • Participate in risk assessments, coordinate SIMOPS activities with Operations and 
    • Maintenance teams, monitor compliance with PTW requirements (Hot Work, Cold Work, 
    • Confined Space, Working at Height), ensure strict adherence to LOTO procedures and  verify gas testing and atmospheric monitoring requirements in gas operational areas. 
    • Oversee safety during scaffolding and working at height, Rope access activities, blasting  and coating operations and heavy lifting and crane operations. 
    • Ensure proper PPE compliance and equipment certification. 
    • Support incidents investigation and catalogue near misses, and unsafe acts and implement  corrective actions. 
    • Maintain accurate HSE performance records and reports, track leading and lagging safety  indicators and monitor contractor compliance with KPIs. 
    • Monitor waste management practices (blasting grit disposal, coating waste), ensure  environmental protection measures are implemented and coordinate environmental  monitoring where required. 
    • Conduct toolbox talk audits and safety coaching sessions, conduct routine site inspections,  safety walkabout and participate in contractor performance reviews.

    Qualifications & Experience 

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline. 
    • NEBOSH IGC Certification   
    • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in oil & gas or Gas facility. 
    • Proficiency in risk assessment & hazard identification, Permit-to-Work systems, Incident  investigation techniques, regulatory compliance knowledge, safety auditing & inspection  and environmental management. 
    • Effective communication and coaching skills.
