Experience: 3-5 years at the bar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced female lawyer to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate commercial practice and property law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct research and provide opinions on property law matters
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate commercial practice and property law
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
