Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to support site development and construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing data essential for engineering, design, and construction decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to establish reference points, elevations, and boundaries for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and layout plans.
• Verify survey data, calculations, and measurements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to interpret survey results.
• Utilize survey instruments and GIS software for data collection and analysis.
• Maintain records of survey results and project documentation.
• Ensure all survey work complies with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency with surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
