KYC Officer at HelloMe Limited

As a KYC Officer you will ensure compliance with AML and CFT regulations by verifying customer identities, monitoring transactions for suspicious activities, and maintaining accurate records to prevent financial crimes.

• Validating new, existing, and ad hoc KYC files against legal documentation and third-party sources, remediating errors as necessary, for customers managed by a supported business unit.
• Ensuring all required customer information and supporting documentation are captured for new and existing customers who are going through a triggering event or material change by coordinating with Business Unit Relationship Managers and the Corporate Account Management Team.
• Reviewing and validating resubmitted documents and updating the system accordingly as needed.
• Tracking onboarding requests, reassessing the pipeline, and managing assignments as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles within the banking or financial services industry, and digital banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of KYC regulations, AML laws, and CFT requirements.
