Deliver business-driven portfolio of useful information, research and intelligence-based services to all levels of the bank’s employees by creatively leveraging technology
Monitor the use of the knowledge assets and measure the business value of the knowledge to the end-user community, by leveraging technology
Promote knowledge-sharing through the bank's operational business processes and systems by, among others, strengthening links and improving integration among information sources within the bank
Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, research and action learning programmes
Identify stakeholders and creatively look for opportunities to engage them in knowledge management strategies
Plan and manage short- and long-term knowledge management projects to drive the bank’s KM vision and strategy
Document knowledge management and business intelligence requirements and ensure sign-off from end-user communities prior to systems implementation deployment
Ensure that the outcomes of learning projects are comprehensively documented and that valuable know-how arising from participation in the Academy’s programmes is keyword searchable, making it possible for individuals and teams to share knowledge
Work in conjunction with ICT to design appropriate knowledge management systems and corporate reporting solutions that meet business needs
Support the maintenance of the E-Learning/mobile Platforms
Generate periodic reports and analytics
Design, construct and maintain in-house content management systems and online data repositories of relevant materials, including library catalogues. Refine search and retrieval processes to harvest relevant research from a wide range of online and offline sources
Extract and manage information relevant to the bank from electronic databases and other published sources using search engines, query tools and other more traditional approaches
Develop an appropriate framework for analyzing and capturing useful knowledge from individual learners, workshops etc., in a style and language suitable for corporate-wide dissemination/sharing
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook

Education
Minimum Education: First Degree in any relevant discipline; Higher Degrees/Professional Certifications (an added advantage)
Experience
Minimum experience – 8 years relevant experience (with at least 4 in competency Development/knowledge management)
