    Kitchen Manager

    Job Summary

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Dreams By Dv8 located in Lagos. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food & beverage standards, ensuring food quality, and overseeing culinary management.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
    • Food Preparation and Cooking skills
    • Food & Beverage and Food Quality knowledge
    • Culinary Management experience
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in menu planning and cost control
    • Food safety and sanitation certifications are a plus.
