Job Description

• We are currently recruiting Production Assistants for our new outlet at Port Harcourt.
• The Kitchen Assistant will prepare customer orders and attend to customers in the outlet.

Job Summary

• Perform food preparation; from prepping, treating to processing the food.
• Refill and neatly arrange frozen fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for production in the fridge or freezers
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required at workstation for each shift’s work
• Prep and treat fresh produce and vegetable e.g., dicing, cracking, scraping, mixing, grating etc. for each shift work
• Set aside prepped and treated fruits in the fridge at the close of business
• Pack & display products ready for sale in the available chillers
• Responsible to produce orders and requests from walk-in customers, Help Desk reps or as instructed by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE certificate or its equivalent
• Kitchen / food production experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
• Genuine interest in production of healthy meals.
