Job Summary
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by cleaning work surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage of food items, including labeling and dating ingredients.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and follow recycling and food safety regulations.
- Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO).
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
- Refill supplies such as condiments, napkins, and other kitchen essentials.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and follow instructions efficiently.
Requirement
- Must reside within the axis of Ago palace way, Okota, Lagos state.
