We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with grilling, possess strong teamwork skills, and reside in Lekki or its immediate environs for easy commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Cook/Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and work areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Support in receiving, unpacking, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Assist in plating and garnishing meals for service.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role.
Strong grilling skills
Must reside in Lekki (applications from outside Lekki will not be considered).
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
