    Key Account Manager, West Africa

    About the Role

    • The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for all the commercial relationship with assigned tier of customers, managing relationships with the customers, developing/recruiting new customers with primary focus on the Beverage and Snacks category, deliver on the company's budget and manage internal stake holders to ensure a smooth end to end delivery and experience for the customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all sales efforts as Senior Key Account Manager to assigned customers.
    • Manage key customer relationships and negotiate customer agreements that deliver against base and new business margin targets.
    • Prioritization and development of strategic accounts
    • Create sustainable growth for Kerry and our customers
    • Manage and strengthen the priority customers' volume of business and relationship
    • Complete commercial agreements with customers in compliance with Kerry guidelines.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to optimise the use of all Kerry technologies. Secure agreement and execute pricing plans.
    • Provide input to and ensure staff compliance with all applicable Kerry systems/processes.
    • Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets. Monitor any variances and work closely with the Sales
    • Help the operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Food
    • Strong technical background
    • FMCG experience preferred, having worked in the food Industry
