    Key Account Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for strategic planning to improve client results and sales performance.
    • Expand and maintain client relationships to consistently generate revenue for the company.
    • Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a timeline of performance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
    • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines and service level agreements.
    • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, and stakeholders.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
    • Resolve key client issues and complaints.
    • Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
    • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
    • Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management.

    Candidates’ specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
    • Relevant sales and marketing professional certifications are an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B Sales, managing the company’s account
    • Experience selling software solutions will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to expand the company with new sales, clients/leads, and territories
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
    • Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent customer service and persuasive skills
