Junior Trader at Automated Exchange Partners Limited

Role Description 

• We are currently looking for a profit-driven Junior Trader in a contract role (Hybrid) with at least 2  years of experience in trading Forex, Equities, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies and other  CFD instruments to join our team.

Job Responsibilities 

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, news, and events to provide timely insights to the Trading Desk Administrator to help inform trading decisions. 
• Trade Execution: Execute trades on a sub-account in line with Trading Desk 
• Administrator’s instructions and in accordance with established strategies and guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution across various financial instruments and markets. 
• Monitoring: Actively monitor P&L, position and alerts for new trades to execute. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Research, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure seamless trade execution and efficient processes. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized trading records, performance metrics, and reports. 
• Operations: Help manage daily operational processes such as risk, PnL reporting, trading reconciliations and settlements. 
• Learn: Understand our proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business 
• Others: Further responsibilities may be driven by the individual's interests and specific skills. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• 2+ years of trading experience in FX, Commodities, Equities, or related CFD markets (demo/live). 
• Good understanding of financial markets, instruments and macroeconomic trends. 
• Proficiency with trading strategies, market analysis, and risk management principles. 
• Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/5, Trading View) and financial data tools. 
• B.Sc in Economics, Finance or a related course is a plus. Technical degrees and/or relevant certifications will be considered.

Nice-To-Have Requirements
