Junior Facility Manager at Beauty And Fragrance LTD

Job Summary

• The Junior Estate Surveyor will play a vital role in the supervision and maintenance of all our retail facilities and properties. 
• The ideal candidate will assist in managing technical issues across stores, coordinate property repairs and maintenance, support fit-outs for new outlets, and ensure accurate documentation of all property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all store facility repair works and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties and equipment
• Attend to technical issues and facility-related complaints from stores
• Support fit-out and setup processes for new store openings
• Keep and update records of all company properties, leases, and documentation
• Procure and manage all store furniture, fittings, and equipment
• Inspect ongoing property and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with standards
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers when necessary

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be willing to travel between store locations as required
• A team player with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to facility management.
