    Junior Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • As a Junior Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing business opportunities to support our company's growth objectives.
    • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue generation and establish lasting relationships with clients.
    • This position offers room for professional development and growth within the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
    • Client Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
    • Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Pipeline Management:Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Reporting:Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
    • Targets and Goals:Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to contribute to the company's growth.
    • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on market conditions, customer feedback, and product enhancements to the management team.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) or in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
