Junior Art Director at Aldelia Limited

Job Description:

• Receive and interpret briefs and execute the designs according to client style guides
• Know and understand clients’ corporate identities and needs
• Work with a copywriter to craft and execute ideas in response to creative briefs
• Mock-up of design ideas across a number of elements. 
• Effective time management and meeting deadlines of multiple projects
• Craft and finish to the highest possible standard all artwork relating to a specific job or campaign
• Art direct projects so as to maintain and grow the brands identity and stature
• Ensure brand consistency is maintained through various channels and platforms 
• Brief and direct art photographers/photoshoots
• Brief and direct art illustrators
• Liaise with the Traffic Department to ensure the job deadline is adhered to
• Review work with senior creatives
• Work closely with relevant account management teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams’ expectations. 
• To manage and take ownership of projects from origination to completion 
• Accurate logging of administration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience as a designer/art director
• A qualification in art or design
• Work experience in a creative/advertising agency
• Experience with Adobe Suite
• Strong portfolio of past work
• Liaise effectively with Traffic, Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Directors, AM, Production, Repro and Suppliers
