Key Areas of Responsibility

• Track Daily Sales in LLGC F&B Outlets
• Track Daily Sales in LLGC Pro Shop
• Track Daily Sales of Golf Activities (Tuition/Green Fees/Rentals/Tournaments etc
• Update Golf Membership Subscription Register
• Prepare Revenue Recognition Journals for Wine Bar & Club House Sales
• Prepare Recognition journal for monthly amortization of Membership Subscription
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation for Golf & Hospitality
• Adopt & Propose Entries for Intercompany Reconciliation Items
• Prepare for and engage External Auditor for Statutory Audit
• Attend to all Arrears for Statutory Audit (3-Years)
• Support Snr Reporting Associate (Golf & Hospitality)

Requirements

• Should be highly knowledgeable about International Accounting standards according to which Financial reports will be created
• Should understand financial regulations across industries that can impact finance processes in focus country
• Logical mindset, capable of evaluating and handling transactions with a high degree of complexity
• Should have significant experience with integrated financial systems with a strong Excel skill set.
• Should possess strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate both in the regional language of focus country as well as English
