IT Support Officer

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an OND holder to provide technical support and assistance to our staff.
- The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide training and guidance to staff on computer systems and software
Requirements:
- OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 year of experience in IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
