Job Summary:

• We are seeking an OND holder to provide technical support and assistance to our staff.
• The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide training and guidance to staff on computer systems and software

Requirements:

• OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1 year of experience in IT support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
