Job Description

• Our client is recruiting IT Officers for their Benin and PH offices. The Ideal candidate must be able to relocate to Lagos for a period of 2 months training period before being assigned to territory of choice.

Responsibilities

• Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
• Updating employees on the status of their service requests
• Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate of Computer Science or relevant engineering course
• 3 years experience post NYSC
• Must have certifications in CCNA or Network +
• Have hands on Networking Installation
• Basic Networking Knowledge or Server Management Knowledge
• Understand Surveillance system Architecture
• Must be Proficient in Office suite.
