Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Support user account setup, password resets, and system access.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
• Document IT issues and maintain accurate support records.
• Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure.
• Provide support during software deployment and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• NYSC graduates (completed service) or corps members seeking PPA.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
