Job Summary

• As the IT Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
• You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network connectivity, and support users to maintain optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor and manage system performance, backups, and updates.
• Ensure network security and assist in IT policy implementation.
• Support IT infrastructure and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Network+ are an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
