We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Officer to manage and support the company’s IT systems, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage computer systems, networks, and software
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Install, configure, and update systems and applications
• Manage data backups, security, and access controls
• Monitor system performance and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Support basic website, email, and office IT needs

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic cybersecurity
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
