Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive IT Officer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access controls
• Maintain IT assets and documentation
• Support ERP, business applications, and office technology systems
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years' experience in an IT support or systems administration role
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
