IT Manager at Hazon Holdings

Key Responsibilities

• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems software where applicable
• Providing network administration and support. Liaising with the IT specialist in the maintenance of servers and access points
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and training to junior staff.
• Ensure the security of the company's data, network, and systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of all IT systems, ensuring high levels of efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide IT support and advice to other departments as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
• Ensure that users within the business can work effectively and efficiently by providing the right support in terms of Internet service and IT work tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Extensive working knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT security practices.
• Proficient in managing servers, databases, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience with IT project management and systems integration.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in IT management or network security (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA Security+).
• Experience with ERP systems and software development.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
