ISO 20022 Training Facilitator at Procept Associates Professional Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees and stakeholders on ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Develop training materials and resources to support ISO 20022 education.
• Customize training content to address the organization's specific needs and processes.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to trainees regarding ISO 20022 implementation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as needed.
• Stay informed about updates and changes to ISO 20022 standards to keep training content current.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful adoption of ISO 20022.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards and their application in the financial industry.
• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in the context of financial systems or technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of different audiences.
• Familiarity with financial messaging protocols (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA) is a plus.
• Understanding of financial products, payment systems, and transaction processing is desirable.
• Certification in training or instructional design is advantageous.
