ISM Supervisor at Willers Solutions

Our client an electronics company is looking to fill the role of an ISM Supervisor: 2 Nos.

Responsibilities

• Daily Market Updates/Visits
• Coordination of daily BU - Merchandisers communication and market activities 
• In Store Product Display Management & POP Deployment
• ThinQ Zone Management
• POP Stock Management of Common & BU's
• Brand shop performance management 
• Merchandiser Route Plan and Transportation check
• Monitoring reporting evaluation 
• Follow up on dealer related issues and action plan.
• Collect and report sell out data from all brand shops 
• Assist in Brand shop HQ and RHQ  brand shop monthly reports 
• Visiting Brand Shop and Dealers brand shop to check display and contract compliance
• Coordinating ISM brand shop team in West Africa to aid on-time and uniform report
• Coordination with BU’s on POP distribution to merchandisers monthly.
• Supervision and managing of Merchandisers/Promoters

Requirements

• Min of B.Sc/HND
• Min of 5 years cognate experience as an ISM SUPERVISOR
