Job Summary

• The role entails management of the investment portfolio and proper representation of data reporting.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily spooling and communication of all bank inflows to the team via e-mail (at least 2 times daily)
• Daily booking of all bank inflows on Instafin within the approved TAT.
• Daily processing of all outflows, which include matured and pre-liquidation, monthly/quarterly and upfront interest payment within the approved TAT.
• Daily preparation and communication of team’s performance report via e-mail
• Daily reconciliation of bank statements against Instafin and the investment portfolio
• Daily reconciliation of outflows against Instafin and the investment portfolio
• Daily monitoring and follow up with affected stakeholders to ensure complete processing of all transactions (inflow and outflow)
• Online documentation of all exceptional approvals
• Weekly preparation of the maturity updates report
• Weekly preparation of ALCO report
• Weekly preparation of the AML report for CBN purpose
• Monthly preparation of the inflow and outflow report for RM’s incentive purpose
• Monthly reconciliation of bank statement against investment portfolio report and Instafin report (inflow and outflow)
• Ensure availability of reports accessible to your assigned role upon request by other departments, with approval from the HOD
• Diligently carry out other responsibilities assigned by the HOD

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or any related field.
• Any professional certification or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 year relevant experience.

Competency and Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Outlook, Access, Word & Teams is very essential.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Strong numeric skills
• Excellent communicator both orally and written.

• Diligent and proactive.
