Investment/Private Banking Officer at Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank

Job Summary:

The Private Banking Officer is responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and providing them with tailored financial solutions, investment advice, and banking services. The role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring a high level of personalized service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Manage a portfolio of HNW clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and financial services.
• Understand each client’s financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering customized financial solutions and products.

Business Development:

• Proactively identify and acquire new HNW clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support client acquisition and service.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets across banking, investment, and wealth management products.

Advisory & Product Offering:

• Collaborate with investment specialists and product experts to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions (e.g., portfolio management, estate planning, structured products).
• Keep clients informed on market developments, investment opportunities, and new financial products.
• Ensure appropriate asset allocation and portfolio diversification according to client profiles.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and KYC/AML procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and conduct regular reviews to ensure portfolio suitability.
• Identify potential risks in client portfolios and propose suitable mitigation strategies.

Service Excellence:

• Deliver high-quality service and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Support the preparation of client reports, investment proposals, and review documents.
