Investment Banker
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 8 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Banking , Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities
- Facilitates distribution of debt and equity securities and identifying potential investors/buyers on MA mandates.
- Drafts memoranda, management presentations and marketing materials for sale assignments.
- Responsible for management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in numerical disciplines such as Accounting, Economic, Statistic, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable institution
- 8 years and above post NYSC work experience in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side.
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as ICON, ACCA, ACA, LIMA, CISA, FRM, CFA, CFP (required).
