Job Summary

• We are seeking for an Inventory Specialist who is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of stock levels, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring that products are available when needed. This role supports operational efficiency by preventing shortages, avoiding overstocking, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels across storage areas and departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Record, update, and maintain inventory data in management systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage stock replenishment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bsc. Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills for identifying trends and solving discrepancies.
