Inventory / Procurement Officer at Castville Solutions

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Procurement Officer to manage inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure the timely availability of required supplies and materials in the Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify replenishment needs and prepare purchase requests/orders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchases, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Work closely with relevant departments to forecast inventory and procurement needs.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or procurement, in a pharmacy is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory/procurement tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
