Inventory & Logistics Officer at HRLeverage Africa

Job Summary

HRLeverage Africa, a pan African workforce management company is recruiting for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory/Logistics Officer for its Client who is into the Fashion Industry to manage stock and oversee the movement of goods within its fashion business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between the store, production, and customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of all inventory (fabrics, finished products, and accessories).
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers, stores, and other locations.
• Work with dispatch riders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Track stock movement and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in inventory or logistics (fashion industry is a plus).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good Communication and team work skills.
