Inventory & Internal Control Officer at Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.
• Conduct regular stock counts (weekly, monthly) and reconcile physical inventory with ERP data.
• Monitor inventory movement across all storage locations.
• Investigate and report stock variances or irregularities promptly.

Internal Control & Compliance:

• Enforce company policies and procedures relating to inventory and asset control.
• Identify and address control gaps within the inventory processes.
• Support both internal and external audit exercises.
• Ensure segregation of duties is maintained in stock handling.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Generate and submit periodic reports on inventory performance, movement, and reconciliation.
• Document and escalate any breach of stock handling protocols.
• Track non-conformances and support management with actionable insights.

Collaboration:

• Liaise with Procurement, Store, Production and Accounts teams to ensure transparency and accuracy.
