    Inventory Coordinator

    • Establish effective stock control procedures, prevent inventory losses, identify discrepancies, and ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented and reconciled.
    • The Inventory Coordinator will oversee the movement of stock from receipt through storage, internal issuance, sales, returns, and closing reconciliation, ensuring that physical inventory consistently aligns with approved system records.
    • The successful candidate must understand that inventory management in a premium nightlife environment goes beyond counting bottles. It requires financial awareness, operational discipline, strong internal controls, accurate reporting, and the ability to identify and prevent revenue leakage.
    • The ultimate objective is to maintain complete stock accountability, minimise wastage and losses, support accurate financial reporting, and ensure inventory availability without unnecessary overstocking.
