We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory and Demand Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in predicting market demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
This role is perfect for a data-driven professional passionate about translating numbers into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to refine and improve demand forecasts.
Utilize planning software and analytical tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or SAP to analyze trends and project future demand.
Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments to align with business goals.
Support decision-making by providing insights on inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the demand planning and supply chain functions.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP, or SAP).
Basic understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and demand forecasting principles.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
