Job Details

Internal Control Assessment

• Assess internal control systems regularly to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.

Risk Management

• Evaluate operational risks such as fraud, data breaches, and financial mismanagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Compliance Monitoring

• Monitor organizational compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise departments on how to meet regulatory requirements.

Auditing and Reporting

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate control effectiveness and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports detailing key findings and recommended actions.

Investigations

• Investigate cases of non-compliance, irregularities, or unethical conduct.
• Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to support investigation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
