Intern Creative Director at Ophel Consult and Enterprise

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Intern Creative Director to join our team. As an Intern Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's creative direction and overseeing various creative projects. In addition to leading the creative vision, you will also serve as a social media manager, content creator, and video editor.

Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand's vision.
• Provide innovative ideas and concepts for various marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.

Content Creation:

• Generate compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and videos.
• Write and edit engaging copy for various marketing materials, such as social media posts, blog articles, and website content.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, trainings, and snippets.
• Utilize video editing software and tools to enhance visuals, sound quality, and overall production value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather video footage and provide creative input during the editing process.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a relevant field such as Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Duration and Compensation:

This is an internship position with a duration of approximately 3 to 6 months, depending on the needs of the project and the intern's availability. Interns will receive allowances, performance incentives, and other necessary motivation.
