Job Overview

• We are seeking intern Architectsto join our Design team.
• The ideal candidateswill be responsible forassistingsenior architects and designers with various tasks related to architectural projects, including drafting plans, preparing drawings, and supporting project coordination.
• They will work under supervision, gaining experience in design, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist in developing architectural designs, plans, and 3D models.
• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, sketches, and technical documents.
• Project Coordination: Support in coordinating project details, schedules, and documentation.
• Client Communication: Assist in client meetings, presentations, and gathering project requirements.
• Research and Compliance: Research building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather information.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other project team members.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues.
• Project Management: Support in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

Requirements

• Must be a student of Architecture (300L and above)
• Must be passionate about architectures and innovations
• Must be computer literate
• Must be good at sourcing for information
• Proficiency in architectural software:(e.g., AutoCAD,ArchiCAD,Lumium,Revit, SketchUp,3D animation).
• Must have basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of architectural principles and practices.
