Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will combine architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to conceptualize, plan, and oversee the execution of functional, aesthetic, and sustainable interior spaces.
• This role requires strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure client requirements are translated into innovative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, functional needs, and design preferences.
• Develop detailed interior architectural plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using CAD and design software.
• Create space plans, elevations, and material specifications that balance aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with building codes.
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to align with design concepts and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and executed to specifications.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Research and integrate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and mood boards to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Architect, Interior Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design and rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and space planning.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
