• Custodian Life Assurance is seeking an Insurance Salesperson for a hybrid role located in Lagos, Nigeria with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Insurance Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products, generating leads, and meeting sales targets set by the organization.
• We are looking for an energetic candidate with exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with a passion for sales. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Advisor located in Lagos. The role involves providing insurance advice to clients and selling insurance products. The Insurance Sales Advisor will need to meet with clients face-to-face, as well as handle client interactions remotely, making remote work an acceptable option for this role. Qualifications

• OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or higher in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Detailed understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
• Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred, though candidates with related experience in sales or customer service will be considered.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
