Insurance Loss Adjuster ( Insurance Loss Assessment Agency)
Our client is seeking the service of a result-driven insurance loss adjuster to
and resolve insurance claims for property damage, bodily injury, and other losses. Upon
successful onboarding, he or she will work independently and as part of a team to gather information, assess damages, and negotiate settlements with claimants.
The ideal candidate must be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and work
independently under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
Investigate insurance claims for property damage, bodily injury, and other losses.
Gather information from claimants, witnesses, and other sources to determine the cause and extent of the loss.
Inspect the damaged property and assess the value of the loss.
Prepared detailed reports documenting the investigation findings and recommending a settlement amount.
Negotiate settlements with claimants, ensuring that the settlements are fair and in accordance with the insurance policy terms.
Provide expert testimony in court, if necessary.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as an insurance loss adjuster.
Strong investigative and analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
