This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institutional Sales Manager located in Nigeria. The Institutional Sales Manager will play a key role in managing relationships with institutional clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing negotiations, maintaining excellent customer relationships, providing accurate financial data, and contributing to investment decision-making. The role demands a focus on client service excellence and the ability to align organizational offerings with client needs.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to support decision-making and client advisory services.
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in a high-performing and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable.
